Licence

The Quarry License is a legal authorization granted to an entity or individual to undertake the extraction of specified minerals or stone materials (such as granite, laterite, limestone, or aggregate) from a designated parcel of land. The license is issued by the respective state or national mining authority under the applicable Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act or similar regional legislation.
